It is by far the best value for the money I expirianced. They do have a 5 star details and this is the only place where I can get some of the 5 star expiriance with soul and love. That is priceless. This is a place for poets ;-)

Great Hotel near railway station and bus station. Very clean with great staff. The room was so nice. For breakfast they are giving so much things. At the end of my staying in a Hotel I got panettone and best wishes for 2024.

Very good sized single room, clean and up together and had a small fridge too. Friendly and helpful staff, good selection for buffet breakfast (cereals, yoghurt, fresh pastries, cold meats etc). Really good that complimentary drinks were available 24/7 in the lobby. More than made up for lack of kettle in room. Very close to train/coach station and easy walk into city centre. Excellent value for money

The receptionist was absolutely great, it was comfortable and close to train and bus station. Also very close to centre, about 20 minutes walk.

Amazing location, food and hygene. Stuff is friendly and the breakfast is great. Complimentary coffee in the afternoon. Overall, great! Will come back!

The first night we stayed was fantastic. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and bathtub. Trains were cancelled the next two days so we tried to return. Staff seemed unhappy to see us. There was no room until second night. This time we paid more and got a lesser room. We felt unwelcome. Who knows why.

The staff were all wonderful. The breakfast was so good, and catered for vegans. I like that there was tea and coffee in the lounge every afternoon. Incredibly central: just a minute's walk to buses to all the out-of-town sights, and about 5-10 minute walk from the canal, the sea, museums and restaurants. Good double glazing meant the room was very quiet despite being so central. The view from my room was great too.

Breakfast was good with quality cheese yogurt and bread coffee etc Elevator was not at reception level but six or 7 steps up and had to carry luggage up and elevator was tiny
